Search your enabled product lines by title, set or card number. Choose the exact printing and condition, then prepare Shopify listings with quantities, costs and your store’s format. Supported sealed products can use “Styles may vary” when you want to sell a random style.

Manage stock, retail prices, unit costs, shipping weights and Active, Draft or Unlisted status. Stage several edits before saving. Create a custom Draft from an unconnected Shopify template, copying permitted details, tags and manual collections. Custom items remain unconnected and start with zero stock.
Use scheduled market pricing for eligible connected stock, with product-line adjustments and approval limits plus a store-wide minimum retail price. Set manual price locks when you need a fixed price. Optionally show a verified market Compare-at reference when your locked price meets the difference you set.

Review unclear catalog matches, listing conflicts and price changes that need a decision. Approve an eligible change, use and lock your own price, or pause an alert. Below-cost pricing alerts are optional; you decide whether to enable them.
Publish a branded buylist with cash and store-credit offers, accepted conditions and stock targets. Review submissions, save inspection progress, amend received items and import accepted stock into Shopify. Track shipment, payment and completion separately.

Open the order picker in Operations to look up a recent Shopify order by its exact number. With your optional read-only order permission, VSM temporarily shows product titles, quantities and counts without customer identity details or saving the result. Alternatively, import an order CSV or paste product lines for a saved checklist. Both inputs use one working list with the same grouping by storage area, set and rarity, pick order, visible details, printing and pulled-item controls. Open Picker settings when needed, then return to the list. Lookup results and marks remain temporary. Looking up or preparing a pull list leaves Shopify stock and fulfillment unchanged.
Create automatic or code-based Shopify promotions, including product and order discounts, shipping offers, spend rewards, buy-X-get-Y deals, quantity tiers and bundles. Use connected or unconnected Shopify items, with qualifying items, exclusions and supported stacking. Manage saved, active and archived sales; activation is blocked if verification fails. Currently for USD stores, with one active VSM sale at a time.

Choose a product line or set and hide selected rarities. Market uses accepted JustTCG API observations and recorded TCGCSV market prices; each comparison uses matching sources and printings. Recorded TCGplayer market references show source links, observation times and coverage warnings. These references are not completed-sale records. Viewing the report does not change store prices or stock.
